I am N. Yagelis Pichardo, a bilingual Latina mental health counselor passionate about helping people heal from trauma and step into their power. With licenses in Colorado (LPC) and Massachusetts (LMHC), and certification as a National Certified Counselor (NCC), I bring both professional expertise and deep compassion to my work.

My approach blends trauma-informed counseling, EMDR, spirituality, and shadow work to address challenges at their roots. I believe that healing requires embracing both light and shadow, and through this integration, we uncover strength, resilience, and authenticity.
